Privacy policy

All physical addresses and email information are kept private and never sold. Marketing is only sent to customers who log in through the payment system or via the newsletter.

Shipping


The areas currently shipped are: Canada, USA, Europe and EFTA country (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) 

If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us to see if shipping can be arranged.

Shipping rate are fixed (visible at checkout) at the time of the order and according to the recipient's shipping area. Items are normally shipped via Latvian and Spanish post service, USPS, FedEx, Globegistics and other shipping services within 4-5 business days after placing the order (orders are shipped from Latvia, Spain and USA). Transit time can vary from 7 to 14 business days. In some cases, delivery can take 20-25 days for reasons not attributable to us.

Please note that sometimes packages are lost during transport. In this case, we will attempt to have the loss covered by the carrier so that a new package, free of charge, can be sent to you.

At the time of the order, the VAT in force in the recipient country is automatically added on the basis of the product price plus shipping (amount visible at the time of payment). Please note that we are not responsible for any other customs charges that may be incurred or, in more rare cases, postage charges in the recipient country.

 

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Returns


We hope you love your purchase, but we understand some things don't work as expected. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund minus any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered within 14 days from the date you received the items.

Example : If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it must be returned by the 14th day.

Returns delivered after 14 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were received or may not be refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping, therefore we recommend an insured and tracked mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of return delivery received. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

To make a return, write to info@neroskull.com to request a return authorization. Include the order number, the items you wish to return and possibly a photo in case of non-compliant product.

Note : All discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Payments


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All payments are processed through our 100% secure server and your information is protected with the highest level of protection and care.

 

Transactions / Exchange Rates


All transactions are made in euros. The exchange rate used at the time of purchase is determined by the credit card provider at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed in euros. As exchange rates vary from day to day, refunds to international customers may differ slightly from the purchase amount.

Any changes may be due to fees charged by credit card issuers and payment institutions. These factors are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for such variations.

 

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
